With over 25 years experience leading professional sporting, private sector and civic organisations he has some of the most relevant and insightful experience you can find in one place. He is the Founder of the NZ Breakers, former CEO of the Blues Super Rugby club and Deputy Chair of Northern Districts Cricket as well as working with Rugby World Cup 2011, NRL 9’s, Supercars and World Rally Championships. Beyond the field he has led venue development including Claudelands Events Centre, Waikato Stadium Trust, and the Blues High Performance HQ. With considerable experience with successful business turnarounds, divestment and M&A, most recently he has been working with company Founders and Shareholders to scale their businesses and prepare for a divestment or capital raising event.

His governance experience includes the University of Waikato Council, Hamilton City Council, Local Authority Shared Services, Riverside Hotels Limited, Innovation Waikato and Parentline.
